A brand new year is upon us and like most other people, you probably wrote down a list of Resolutions that you are passionate about achieving in 2016.

We live in a world of constant connection through the Internet and social media and we put high demands on ourselves, even on top of the expectations that our bosses, friends and significant others already have in place for us.
