Hi! My name is Kat and I am your Renewed Life Health Coach. I work with busy professionals who want optimal health but struggle with confidence and balance. I offer customized plans and guidance to help you feel & look good in the body you are in.

To  empower and educate, specifically professional women who are on-the-go, who are constantly feeling mentally and physically exhausted and are always wondering, “When am I going to catch up? Where does this To Do list end?” The thought that constantly comes to mind regarding health is, “Someday I will….[lose this extra 30 pounds]…[try out those fitness classes I have been interested in]…[do something to relieve all of my stress.]”

It is time to turn the tables on society’s influence that sends the message that our lives are only validated through being “incredibly busy”–that what we are doing is not enough and that it is selfish to put ourselves and our needs before everything else. Renewed Life offers programs that give you permission to slow down, make self-care and health improvement your #1 priority and encourage you to make the small changes that will expand into an overall expression–inside and out, of optimal health and well-being.

email signatureI’m Kat Medrano and I am a Holistic Health Coach. I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Food and Nutrition and went on to complete the Holistic Coaching course through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2013. In college, I dug deep to discover what I truly wanted to do with my life and found that I had a great passion for teaching others about healthy living because of my own experience with making small, daily lifestyle changes. By making changes to what and how I ate, trying out a variety of activities for physical fitness and putting more of a focus on my mental and emotional health, I discovered the best version of myself; the one with endless energy, a strong and fit body and an overflowing sense of enthusiasm in my life.This was when I realized that I must share this opportunity of incredible transformation with others. In today’s world, especially when we are living hectic lives and dealing with countless responsibilities, it is easy to forget how important it is to take care of ourselves–our bodies and minds and to fully focus on our health in order to create a better present and a vibrant future. I know that it is my purpose to remind and teach others to make their personal health and preventative practices a part of their daily routine.

By making simple changes and remaining consistent, it is possible to have the strong and beautiful body you want, the mental clarity along with the self-confidence to succeed in anything you set your mind to and the overall balance that provides you the happy and energized life that you have always dreamed of.
